Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Organic Mandya — our products, delivery, COOP membership and farm visits.

What does A2 milk mean?
A2 milk contains only the A2 type of beta-casein protein. Our milk comes from native Indian breeds like Hallikar cows, which naturally produce A2 milk. Many people find it easier to digest than regular milk.
What is the price of the milk?
Milk prices vary slightly by location and subscription type. Please check the Organic Mandya app or your nearest store for the latest pricing.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Bengaluru, Hyderabad (select locations), Mysuru and Mandya. Delivery coverage depends on your PIN code, so please check availability in the app.
What is the difference between brown eggs and Nati white eggs?
Shell colour is determined by the breed of the hen, not by nutrition. Brown eggs come from brown-feathered breeds, are usually larger, and are common in commercial farming. Nati white eggs come from native breeds, are typically smaller, and are often raised in traditional or free-ranging systems. Nutritionally the two are almost the same — shell colour does not determine protein content or health value. What really matters is the bird's diet, living conditions and the freshness of the egg.
What is High Protein Paneer?
Our High Protein Paneer is made from fresh A2 milk and A2 curd only, with higher protein per 100g than regular paneer. It is freshly made, firm and protein-dense, with no starch, no citric or acetic acid and no preservatives — great for fitness, weight management and clean eating.
Why is the paneer texture hard?
Our paneer is firmer because it is made fresh daily with no starch or fillers, has high protein density and goes through a proper pressing process. A harder texture means higher protein and purity. Tip: soak the paneer in normal water for 10 minutes before cooking to soften it and improve the texture.
What offers and discounts are available?
Offers vary based on COOP membership, app-only promotions, store-level offers and festival campaigns. Please check the app regularly for current deals.
How do I resolve app-related issues?
Update the app to the latest version, log out and log back in, or contact our customer support through the app. If the issue continues, please share screenshots with our support team.
How do I subscribe, recharge or modify an order?
All subscription actions can be done inside the Organic Mandya app — subscribe to milk, recharge your wallet, pause delivery, change quantity and modify delivery days. For assistance, contact support via the app.
What is COOP Membership?
COOP Membership is our community ownership model. Members get special pricing on select products, support farmer welfare and become part of the Organic Mandya ecosystem. It is not just a discount programme — it is shared growth.
Which products is COOP membership applied to?
COOP pricing is available on selected dairy products and some grocery essentials. You can see COOP pricing directly inside the app.
How can I cancel COOP auto-pay?
You can cancel auto-pay from your app settings, or contact support for assistance. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Shelf life varies — milk: 1–2 days refrigerated; paneer: 1–30 days refrigerated; breads: 3–5 days (no preservatives); groceries: as per packaging. Always refer to the label for exact details.
How can I check the delivery status of my order?
You can track order status, delivery updates and subscription history directly inside the app under My Orders.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on order value, location and subscription type. Free delivery may apply above a certain cart value.
