How does the 10% member discount work?
Once your membership is active, a flat 10% comes off automatically at every checkout — in-store and online. No coupon code needed.
What counts as a free farm visit?
Members can book guided visits to our Mandya farms and bring family along at no cost. Annual members get unlimited visits; monthly members get one per quarter.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in. Cancel from your membership page and you keep your benefits until the paid period ends.
Is fresh produce and dairy included?
The 10% member discount applies across the store. Deeper wholesale staple pricing covers grains, pulses, oils and spices — fresh produce (F&V) and dairy are excluded.
How is my fee used?
Membership fees fund fair pay and organic-farming training for our 12,000+ farmer families across 30,000 acres in Karnataka.
