Farmer by heart, Madhu is an Engineer in Electronics and Communication from PET Engineering College, University of Mysore. Graduating with flying colors, he embarked on a career as an Automation Engineer, designing and building automation frameworks on various tools like QTP, WinRunner and Selenium.
For years, Madhu's expertise and in-depth knowledge of Tech allowed him to travel around the world, working with various top players in the industry and honing his skills. His journey reached its pinnacle when he founded Verifaya Corporation in San Jose, USA. The product he designed for this company (a truly script-free automation tool) had become the optimal choice in the field. Madhu had everything that many could dream of professional success, recognition, and a fulfilling life in a foreign land.
However, deep within, Madhu had treasured a dream that was intimately tied to his roots. In 2014, driven by an unshakable vision, he convinced his family and moved back to India, leaving the comfort and success of the US behind.
Thus began the inspiring journey of Organic Mandya, a story quite well known to the masses today. Madhu's hands-on approach and relentless drive were to free Mother Earth from harmful chemicals and pesticides, ensure fairer pricing and higher income for the local farmers, and deliver pure organic foods for the consumers (how nature intended them to be). Even being the CEO of Organic Mandya, he enjoys farming and frequents between Bengaluru and Mandya.
Recognizing his true passion for sustainable living and achievements in Agriculture, the Central Government nominated him as a Management Committee Member of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and has also appointed him as representative of Karnataka for the Coconut Development Board of India.
Madhu's journey from an Automation Engineer to a successful entrepreneur, and finally to a pioneer in sustainable agriculture, is a true statement of his resilience and passion. His story and profound love for his homeland inspire many to pursue their passions and give back to their communities.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Organic Mandya, Bhaskara Kempaiah leads the company’s technology and operational strategy, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions, supply chain efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. With over 22 years of experience in engineering, product development, and operations, he plays a crucial role in scaling Organic Mandya’s impact through technology-driven innovations.
A seasoned entrepreneur and investor, Bhaskara has worked with 30+ early-stage companies, helping them develop and launch products with a strong foundation in technology and market scalability. His expertise in business acceleration, digital transformation, and operational efficiency is instrumental in Organic Mandya’s mission to revolutionize organic food production and distribution.
Previously, Bhaskara was the Center Head at LiftOff LLC, where he focused on engineering acceleration for startups, building cutting-edge products, and scaling businesses with a technology-first approach.
He holds an Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from IIM Bangalore and a BE in Electronics & Communication from RV College of Engineering.

Sahana brings an infectious energy to the room, backed by nearly two decades of experience working with numerous MNCs. Her last role in the IT industry was with Fidelity Investments. A passionate advocate for Product Quality and Customer Experience, she believes these are the invincible keys to creating both lasting social impact and commercial value. Her guiding principle is to treat “Customers as a Queen!” At Organic Mandya, Sahana has worn multiple hats, playing a pivotal role in the success of our Desi Milk and significantly contributing to the growth of our retail stores. She now leads our Merchandising Unit, ensuring that we deliver nothing but the best to our customers.

Shruthi is a distinguished Chartered Accountant who achieved the All India Second Rank in CA Inter and 10th Rank in CA Final, earning her the status of a Gold Medallist. With over 18 years of extensive experience, she has been a part of renowned Big 4 firms such as EY and PwC.
In her illustrious career, Shruthi has served as CFO in leading companies across the Retail, FMCG, and IT sectors, including roles at Maiyas, Wipro Consumer Care, YLG, Namdhari’s Group, SBT, and more. She also holds the All India 21st Rank in CS Inter and was the First Rank holder in B.Com for Bangalore University, awarded 8 Gold Medals. Additionally, Shruthi secured the 10th Rank in the +2 Board Exams for the State of Karnataka.

As an entrepreneur and former Director at MaxLinear, he has successfully led teams, spearheaded strategic initiatives, and executed market-driven growth strategies. Sunil combines data-driven marketing, strategic planning, and leadership to strengthen Organic Mandya’s mission of promoting organic farming and sustainable living.
He holds a Postgraduate Management degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has a strong background in business development and innovation.
