Madhu co-founded and led Verifaya Corporation in San Jose as CTO, building a script-free test automation product and filing a US patent along the way. But his frequent trips to the company's Bengaluru R&D centre kept surfacing a harder truth: the young people he met were leaving farming families in his native Mandya, driven out by agricultural distress. In 2014, he uprooted his life in the US and moved back.

He began with weekly sessions introducing local farmers to natural farming — Jeevamritha, natural pest repellents, multi-cropping and crop rotation. Those gatherings grew into the Mandya Organic Farmers Cooperative Society, whose first board meeting was held at a tea stall in Mandya. Organic Mandya was born in 2015 as the marketing arm of that cooperative, taking farmers' organic produce to consumers at fair prices. Madhu also serves as President of the Organic Mandya Farmers Foundation.

He served on the Management Committee of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (2019–20) and represents Karnataka on the Coconut Development Board of India. He still farms, and splits his week between Bengaluru and Mandya.

A passionate advocate for product quality and customer experience, Sahana believes these are the keys to creating both lasting social impact and commercial value. At Organic Mandya she has worn many hats — playing a pivotal role in the success of Desi Milk and in the growth of the retail store network — and today leads the Merchandising Unit, ensuring customers get nothing but the best. She serves on Organic Mandya's Board of Directors.

As CTO, Bhaskara drives the integration of digital solutions, supply-chain efficiency and data-driven decision-making across Organic Mandya. He has worked with 30+ entrepreneurs and early-stage companies, helping turn business ideas into engineered, market-ready products.

He is a Partner at LiftOff LLC, a business accelerator where he leads engineering acceleration for startups from the India office. Earlier, he set up and headed UberMedia's India operations and spent a decade at CoreObjects, growing from entry-level engineer to Delivery Executive. He holds an EGMP from IIM Bangalore and a BE in Electronics & Communication from RV College of Engineering.

A seasoned finance and risk executive, Narahari has led strategic transformation, operational resilience and regulatory compliance in top-tier financial institutions, supporting balance sheets exceeding $1 trillion.

At Standard Chartered he led balance-sheet modelling and forecasting, capital data governance and BCBS 239 implementation, and treasury data management. Before that he spent a decade as Vice President at Goldman Sachs across operations risk, corporate treasury and liquidity risk analysis, with earlier years in risk consulting at KPMG India and audit at Arthur Andersen.

A Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and DCAM-certified in data management, Narahari's leadership style puts people first — developing talent, fostering accountability, and embedding risk-aware decision-making across the organisation.

Tushar's career spans business strategy, investing, asset management, risk management and financial control across Abu Dhabi, New York, New Delhi and Bangalore. At Goldman Sachs he was a key member of the team that set up the firm's Bengaluru shared-services centre, and served on the India and Regional Management Committees at both American Express and Goldman Sachs. His last corporate role was Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) in India.

An active angel investor, mentor and board member at early-stage and family-run businesses, he also co-founded fintech Datasigns Technologies as CFO. He served as Trustee and Advisor at EnableIndia, a leading NGO in the disability space, for over ten years. Tushar holds a B.Com from the University of Bombay, an MBA from NYU Stern, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988.
