Balanced Daily Use

Before any Organic Mandya product reaches your kitchen, it must successfully pass through our rigorous three-tier verification process:

1. Two Independent Organic Certifications to guarantee authentic farming practices.
2. Third-Party Lab Testing to ensure absolute quality and safety

Grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, by our own farmers, and sent to you without treatment.

We will tell you what actually stops the tears. Chill the onion for fifteen minutes and use a sharp knife. Cold slows the enzyme that makes the compound; everything else you have been told is folklore.

And we will tell you the truth about caramelising. Forty-five minutes to an hour. Not the ten every recipe claims. If yours are browning fast, the heat is too high and you are scorching them.

Pungent, because pungent is the point. The compounds that sting your eyes are the same ones that make an onion taste of something.

Honest pricing by weight. The 500g and the kilo work out at the same rate.

Our Organic Mandya Onions are cultivated using sustainable agricultural practices that prioritize soil health and growth cycles. Farmers use methods such as crop rotation, compost, and pest control techniques.

No synthetic chemicals or pesdes are used during cultivation. This ensures that the onions grow while maintaining their original taste and nutritional integrity.

After harvesting, the onions are carefully sorted and packed with minimal handling to preserve freshness and reduce spoilage. Unlike conventional onions that may be treated for longer shelf life, Organic Mandya onions remain closer to their state.

The farm-to-home approach ensures that you receive fresh, clean, and responsibly grown produce for your kitchen.
