The Sugarcane Harvest Festival is a one-day event where participants get hands-on experience with traditional sugarcane or paddy harvesting, learn about sustainable farming, and enjoy interactive activities such as games, workshops, and a visit to a jaggery-making factory.

The festival is open to everyone like individuals, families, and corporate groups looking for a unique, fun, and educational experience.
What activities are included?
Sugarcane harvesting with traditional tools, visit to a jaggery-making factory, fresh sugarcane juice extraction and tasting, interactive workshops on organic farming and sustainable practices, games and competitions, including the "fastest cane cutter" contest, and a traditional meal prepared by local farmers.
What should I wear or bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes suitable for farm activities. You’ll need to bring your own socks and a hat for sun protection. We provide gloves, a t-shirt, and a mug.
Is food provided?
Yes, participants will enjoy a hearty traditional meal prepared with produce grown by our local farmers.
Can food be customized?
No, we serve standard vegetarian home-cooked lunch (Eggs based on availability).
Can children participate?
Absolutely! The festival is family-friendly and designed for people of all ages to enjoy the activities and learn about sustainable farming. However, entry for kids below 3 years of age is free.
How do I sign up?
To sign up, simply click the Book Now button and follow the prompts to reserve your spot for the event. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Where is the festival held?
The exact location will be shared after registration, but it will take place on a sugarcane farm in Mandya, Karnataka.
What time does the event start and end?
The event runs from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a full day of activities and learning.
What should I expect at the jaggery-making factory?
During the factory visit, you'll get to see the entire process of turning sugarcane into jaggery and learn about the traditional methods involved.
Is transportation to the farm included?
No, transportation is not provided. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to the farm.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?
